With the help of Banyan Tree Mayakoba Romance team (in charge of the romance industry and weddings) and us, we planned a fake photoshoot for the resort. Yes, I know! Who wouldn’t love it!

On a pre meeting with the couple before the shooting we told them what we were looking to photograph with this shooting and gave some directions and advice. Everything was done to pretend and avoid any suspicion.

The boar ride was Benjamin’s choice. Ixchel it’s one of the dining experiences that Banyan Tree Mayakoba has to offer to all of their guest with a magnificent fusion of local and international cuisines. And the most interesting fact; it’s on a traditional trajinera boat as you explore the canals and mangroves of Mayakoba. This outstanding experience is available twice daily, for breakfast and dinner and it’s a great idea for wedding proposal. In this opportunity we did it during the morning with a lovely on board breakfast.

Once on board the boat, we left them to enjoy the breakfast since we were doing “a lifestyle photoshoot”. By when the moment came, we guided them so that everything was as planned.
