Wedding Day at Hotel Casa Cien

Kelsey & Jovonnie’s wedding in the heart of San Miguel de Allende was delightful in every way. From the rich florals impressively designed by Florklor Studio to the handmade dance floor by Pistas de Arte, their wedding was a dream! Every detail was thoughtfully crafted by the phenomenal Penzi Weddings team who went above and beyond to bring the couple’s vision to life.

Our couple chose the first day of April to celebrate their love with their closest ones. They couldn’t have chosen better! San Miguel de Allende was in full bloom, adding a special touch to this already magical place. Walking down the streets one could feel the young whisper of spring adorning every corner with colorful blossoms.

The day started with the Bride and Groom getting ready separately in the quiet of their room. Following, an epic First Look of the Bride with her Bridesmaids. They were absolutely speechless after seeing Kelsey on her stunning Van Cleve gown. Keep scrolling to see their reactions!

Undoubtedly, the sweetest moment of the whole occasion was when Jovonnie turned around to see his bride.The sunlight reflecting off his teary eyes made everyone melt!

Outdoor Ceremony at Casa Cien Garden

In the garden of Casa Cien, everything was ready for the ceremony. The chairs were lined up and a stunning floral arch exhibited an exquisite color palette ranging from bright, bold pink to neutral and pale nude hues, creating the perfect backdrop for the couple’s I do’s. The floral design by Florklor Studio was an absolute Spring extravaganza! Not only did it scream Springtime, but it also flawlessly matched Kelsey’s vibrant bouquet. Colors were bursting left and right, like a joyful paint party in full swing!

One of our favorite moments was, obviously, when we got to spend a magical time walking down the colorful streets of San Miguel de Allende with Kelsey & Jovonnie. They were absolutely glowing and looking flawless in their outfits. The soft golden light provided an exquisite touch to the session. We’ll let the pictures speak for themselves!

Dancing Under the Stars: A Tented Reception at Casa Cien Patio

The Bride & Groom made their grand entrance into the Reception: Casa Cien never looked so good! A spectacular dance floor painted by hand by Pistas de Arte matched the blue and white Talavera pottery decor which was present in every corner. Additionally, the colorful blooms displayed on each table made for the most lively decoration. When the couple said “Spring wedding”, Florklore Studio clearly understood the assignment!

With the sun setting, Kelsey & Jovonnie got to enjoy a delightful evening surrounded by their loved ones. Without a doubt, the talented Pontierr Studio set the right ambiance by skillfully playing the violin, leaving everyone in awe of such talent! And when the time came to party, everyone grabbed their maracas and danced the night away in a celebration that will be remembered forever.
